The transmission of this information is implicit in the use of web communication protocols.This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow to identify users.This data is used only for the purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of computer crimes against the site or third parties. With the exception of this eventuality, these data are kept for 30 days.

Purpose of the processing
The processing of data, subject to specific consent when required by law, takes place for the following purposes:

  • receive responses to requests addressed to the Data Controller
  • receive information relating to services / products offered by the Data Controller
  • fulfill pre-contractual, contractual and tax obligations deriving from existing relationships with the Data Controller

Subject to specific and separate consent from the above, personal data are collected for:

Legal basis of the processing processes the user’s personal data if one or more of the following conditions occur:

  • the user has given consent for one or more specific purposes
  • the processing is necessary for the execution of a contract or to fulfill pre-contractual operations
  • the processing is necessary to fulfill legal obligations to which the Data Controller is subject
  • the processing is necessary for a legitimate interest of the owner or third parties

Optional and mandatory consent to provide personal data
