The Novello

The Novello it is the first extra virgin olive oil of the season. It is a monovarietal made from olives Nocellara, whose particular characteristics come from the harvesting period. It offers great versatility: it is ideal both raw and cooked and, despite being a freshly pressed oil, it is well balanced. It almost deserves to be sipped!
