General conditions of Sale

This site (hereinafter the “Site”) is owned by Seidita Gioacchino, with registered office in C / da Bresciana SNC, 91022 Castelvetrano (TP) and is dedicated to the retail sale of foodstuffs. The Tenute Seidita company observes the legislation on remote contracts pursuant to Articles 50 and following of Legislative Decree 206/2005. 206/2005. 1) GENERAL CONDITIONS All the methods of sale, delivery and payment are listed in detail in the various sections of the Site and are to be considered an integral and substantial part of this contract. 3) PRICES The prices, published next to each product on sale, include VAT and all other taxes and duties in force. The total amount charged is the sum of the prices of the products purchased (in force and published on the site at the time of the order), in addition to the contribution for delivery costs, if applicable. Orders received become binding for the Tenute Seidita Company from the moment you receive confirmation, via e-mail or fax, that the entire order process has been completed regularly: payment has been authorized and the products are available. 5) ORDER CONFIRMATION In his/her/they e-mail box, the Customer will receive confirmation of the order placed with a summary of the products, their prices, and the general and particular conditions applicable to the order itself.


In the event of any impossibility, even temporary, to fulfill an order received in whole or in part, the Tenute Seidita company will promptly contact the customer to make the appropriate agreements, given that to the customer is recognized the right to request cancellation, partial or total, of the forwarded order and the refund of the corresponding amount already paid. If the customer’s data are incomplete or inaccurate, such as to compromise the correct delivery of the products and / or the regular accounting management of the sale, the Tenute Seidita Company will contact the customer before processing the order, reserving the right not to accept the order itself.

7) DELIVERY The Tenute Seidita company delivers only to the areas specified by the service. Deliveries will take place within 4 – 6 working days following the communication of the shipment of the package, unless otherwise indicated in the order confirmation. For any anomaly found, the consumer can still contact the Tenute Seidita company directly at the references indicated in the Contact Area of the site.

The Tenute Seidita company, which manages the portal, carries out home delivery through various couriers (depending on the weight) that offer the traceability service.

Orders placed are processed within 2 working days of their receipt and shipping is guaranteed for the full value of the order.

We remind you that, in case of payment by bank transfer, the products will be shipped only when we will see the crediting of the sums on our bank account and therefore the sending of the bank transfer account by the customer cannot be considered order confirmation until the sums are credited to us

The Tenute Seidita company will not be responsible for any delays occurring during transport. Likewise, the company Tenute Seidita cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, incorrect or non-delivery caused by events and / or causes of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, such as for example but not limited to: natural disasters, adverse weather conditions (such as intense snowfalls), any strikes (by one’s own or other employees), accidents to transport vehicles, explosions, or any other similar or different cause.

8) PRODUCTS AVAILABLE AND PURCHASE RESTRICTIONS The Tenute Seidita company will in no way be responsible for the temporary or permanent unavailability of one or more products. In the event of unavailability, even temporary, of the requested products, Tenute Seidita undertakes not to charge the Customer the corresponding price. The site highlights the cases in which limitations on the purchase of individual products apply.

9) NON DELIVERY For delivery, the presence of the Customer or his representative is required at the address and at the time indicated in the order. If the Customer (or the person in charge) is not present, a second delivery attempt will be made and a storage procedure will be opened. The storage costs at the shipper’s warehouse will be borne by the buyer. After the first / second unsuccessful delivery attempt, the package will be delivered to the nearest available collection point (Service Point).

The Tenute Seidita company undertakes, in the event of failure to collect within the terms provided at the warehouse, to reimburse the purchase price to the buyer, net of any storage and shipping costs. In the event of non-withdrawal defined, the Tenute Seidita company will not refund the cost of delivery and the cost of the products. It will also be the right of the Tenutei Seidita Company to exclude the Customer from the service.


The Customer may pay the price of the Products and the related delivery / shipping costs on Stripe through

Credit Card: payments made with all major Credit Cards are accepted including: Visa, MasterCard and American Express, even if you do not have a Stripe Account (always on a secure and protected Stripe server).

The transaction will be charged to the Customer’s credit card only after:

  • the credit card details have been verified (on a secure server directly from Stripe, we will not have any direct access to your data).
  • the debit authorization has been received from the company issuing the credit card used by the Customer.
  • the availability of the Product has been confirmed by Tenute Seidita

Bank transfer

The bank transfer is used to pay for the products and services offered.

Once the request has been made, it is necessary to follow this procedure:

11) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL The Customer’s rights are protected by Legislative Decree 206/2005 updated with the provisions of Legislative Decree 21/2014

The customer is only responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The following rules apply to the right of withdrawal: * the customer who exercises it must be a private individual; * the law applies to all products sold through the website; * the product must be intact, complete with all its parts, packaging included; * all direct costs of returning the products are charged to the customer.


The characteristics of the products are shown in the online catalog, in the respective product sheets, and can be consulted at any time of the choice and purchase decision. The Tenute Seidita Company guarantees that the products offered for sale are free from defects and the packaging is intact, not damaged or tampered with. In the event that you find a defect, damage or tampering, please report it to us as soon as possible, in any case within seven days, by sending a registered letter with return receipt.

In any case, with regard to deteriorated or damaged products due to incorrect packaging, the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal in the forms and terms indicated, or can request assistance in replacing the product. The products offered for sale are guaranteed by the respective manufacturers in accordance with the law. The Tenute Seditia Company provides its distributor warranty in accordance with the law and is not liable for damage caused by the improper use of the products purchased as well as by the incompatibility of the same with allergies, pathologies or other psychophysical conditions of the customer. The Tenute Seidita Company also guarantees that all products offered for sale comply with the Italian and European Union (EU) regulations applicable to them

13) PRIVACY The Tenute Seidita Company will process the Customer’s personal data in compliance with the privacy legislation as detailed in the information in the Privacy section of the Site.

14) JURISDICTION FORUM Any and all disputes that may arise in relation to the application, interpretation and execution of these general conditions of sale, will be mandatorily referred to the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer, if located in the territory of the State.

15) COPYRIGHT All the contents of the Site, including texts, images and graphic layouts, are the property of the Tenute Seidita Company. Any unauthorized reproduction will be prosecuted according to law.
